For the past 18 years, I have managed a diverse range of real estate transactions. As a Realtor, homeowner, and real estate investor specializing in rental properties and first deeds of trust, I am passionate about helping my clients make informed decisions when buying, selling, and building wealth through real estate. During my time at Boise State University, I completed extensive training in court mediation and dispute resolution. As a licensed Realtor, I have experience representing buyers and sellers in wide-ranging real estate transactions.

A fourth-generation Realtor, I grew up in a family with a strong real estate legacy that includes my great-grandparents' and grandparents' brokerage businesses, as well as my parents' real estate and mortgage company. Assisting buyers and sellers feels like home to me.

My family background has instilled a deep appreciation for custom home building. Through my aunt's work in the field, I have toured a variety of luxury and unique properties at different stages of construction, gaining extensive knowledge and appreciation for fine home design, construction, and materials.

My passion for horses is a significant part of my life. As a lifelong equestrian and horse owner, I bring forward a unique understanding of the needs of both horse owners and riders. I will guide you through buying and selling specialty properties in this niche. My active involvement and volunteering with various horse clubs and equine organizations keeps me informed about developments in the horse world and opportunities related to horse properties.
